When you first launch the app, you'll be prompted to create an account. Enter your name, congregation, and select your ministry role. Your data is stored locally on your device for privacy.
• Publisher: No hourly requirement, simple YES/NO reporting
• Auxiliary Pioneer: Choose 15 or 30 hours per month
• Regular Pioneer: 50 hours monthly (600 yearly)
• Special Pioneer: 100 hours monthly
You can change your role anytime in Profile settings.
Start the timer when you begin your ministry. The timer will track your hours automatically. You can pause and resume as needed. Hours are saved when you stop the timer.
Prefer to enter hours manually? Tap the "Add Record" button on the Field Service screen. Enter the date, hours, minutes, placements, videos, return visits, and Bible studies.
Track your Bible studies with detailed information including student name, contact details, publication being studied, chapters completed, and study schedule. Add session records to track each study conducted.
Keep track of interested ones with return visits. Record their interests, literature placed, and schedule follow-up visits. Mark contacts as "progressing" when they show spiritual interest.
View all your Bible studies and return visits on a map. Use "Find My Location" when adding contacts to save their coordinates for easy navigation later.
Generate your monthly report automatically from your recorded activity. Reports are formatted according to your ministry role. Share directly with your group overseer via messaging apps.
Your data is stored locally for privacy. Create encrypted backups to protect your data. Restore from backup when switching devices. Backups are password-protected with AES-256 encryption.
Configure your meeting days and times in settings. The calendar shows your meeting days highlighted. Add personal notes for each meeting to help you remember key points.
Track your meeting assignments including student talks, demonstrations, and other parts. Set reminders so you don't forget to prepare.
Keep track of upcoming conventions, circuit assemblies, and regional conventions. Add event details, mark your attendance, and take notes during these special occasions.

Plan your field service schedule for the month. Select which days you plan to engage in ministry. Pioneers can set expected hours for each day and track progress toward monthly goals. The app will send reminders on your planned service days.
Manage your personal information, change your ministry role (Publisher, Auxiliary Pioneer, Regular Pioneer, Special Pioneer, Field Missionary), customize theme preferences (light/dark mode), and adjust app settings.
Choose your preferred language for the app interface. Supports English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Swahili, Japanese, Yoruba, Igbo, and Nigerian Pidgin.
Protect your ministry data with biometric authentication (fingerprint or face ID). Enable this feature to ensure only you can access your field service records, Bible studies, and return visits.
View detailed statistics about your ministry activity. See charts and graphs showing your field service hours, Bible studies, return visits, and trends over time. Analyze patterns to help you plan and improve your ministry.
